Amcor - - Responsibilities:
Operate molding presses and open/close molds for production needs and repairs.;
Set, pull, clean, and inspect molds to ensure proper installation, completeness, and readiness for production.;
Troubleshoot basic mold-related issues and verify correct nozzle length, carriage settings, clamp stops, and safety features.;
Confirm that all electrical, water, and air hookups are functioning properly and free of leaks; test molds for electrical, water, and air performance before release.;
Clean, check, wire, and maintain mold heaters and mold components as needed.
