Position
Machine Operator – Web Coating - B Shift
Full-time position, 12‑hour rotating shift depending on production requirements.
B Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, Monday – Wednesday week 1, Monday – Thursday week 2.
Location:
Lawrence, Kansas production site.

Machine Operators work in manufacturing and warehouse environments and must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Appropriate PPE must be worn and proper safety procedures, including grounding and bonding, must be learned and adhered to due to hazards such as flammable liquids and solids, high‑speed rotating equipment, organic chemical solvents, pallet jacks, lift trucks, and large industrial machinery.
KeyJob Duties
- Operation of various manufacturing equipment
- General housekeeping of manufacturing areas and the warehouse
- Adhere to all safety policies while actively promoting safe work practices
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong basic math skills
- Prior mechanical experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Good visual observation skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word)
