Amcor - - Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate Thermoform equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production;
Perform start-up, shutdown, and cycling procedures for the entire thermoforming line, including extruder, former, and trim press;
Troubleshoot and correct issues on the line to reduce downtime and scrap;
Perform and document in-process quality checks, communicate clearly during shift changes and collaborate with team members to resolve production issues;
Complete line changeovers and ensure all related documentation is filled out correctly
