Spike Press Operator Job Purpose

Operate and spike forging hydraulic press equipment. Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to proactively anticipate and correct quality issues.

• High school diploma or GED. Prefer some formal technical training.

• Machine operation;
• Quality control;
• Safety awareness.

• Highly-developed mechanical skills necessary for success;
• Prefer 1-2 years previous experience in a similar heavy industrial environment operating production machinery.
