Set up and prepare production machines with resin, additives, colors, IMLs, and packaging materials according to work orders;
Perform scheduled color changes and maintain an organized color staging area;
Assist floaters with breaks and help Inspector/Packers with material handling as needed;
Package finished products by stacking cases, operating skid wrappers, and preparing skids for shipment;
Ensure inventory and documentation accuracy by scanning products, labeling, counting scrap, and using the JDE inventory system
