Amcor - - Responsibilities:
Operate molding presses and open/close molds for production needs and repairs;
Set, pull, clean, and inspect molds to ensure proper installation, completeness, and readiness for production;
Troubleshoot basic mold-related issues and verify nozzle length, carriage settings, clamp stops, and safety features;
Confirm that all electrical, water, and air hookups are functioning properly and free of leaks; test molds for electrical, water, and air performance before release;
Maintain accurate mold maintenance records, documenting dates, work completed, and responsible personnel
