Machine Operator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to blueprints, routers, work orders, and specifications
• Complete assembly checklists accurately and on time
• Test parts and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor stock bins and report material needs to shop floor leads
• Use hand tools and pneumatic tools as required
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Adhere to company quality standards and Code of Conduct
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to accept feedback and adapt to process changes
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math proficiency
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Physical Requirements

• Stand and/or walk up to 10 hours per shift
• Lift up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Ability to read labels, observe small components, and distinguish colors
• Must wear steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection as required
• Must be on-site during scheduled shift
