Paylocity in Kansas is seeking a Press Technician to join our high-volume, tight-tolerance manufacturing line. You will operate cupping and deep draw transfer press tools, set up tooling, and support continuous process improvements to sustain product quality.
The role follows a 12-hour night shift (5:30pm–5:30am) on a rotating 3-on/4-off schedule, with every other weekend off. A 10% night-shift differential applies, and overtime pays 1.5x over 40 hours per week, per federal and state laws.
