The Christian Church of Burlington is a Christ-centered, Bible-teaching church committed to making disciples and transforming lives through the power of the gospel. Top Priorities:
- Build and develop a healthy Student Ministry team.
- Engage and partner with families to support children and students in spiritual growth.
- Recruit, equip, and empower volunteers for ministry impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop ministry programming, life groups, trips, events, and missional experiences for Nursery–12th grade.
- Disciple and mentor high school students, fostering spiritual maturity and leadership.
- Actively engage in school and community environments to build relationships with youth.
- Manage and steward the Student Ministry budget.
- Participate in Elder meetings, weekly staff gatherings, small groups, and major church services (Christmas & Easter).
- Plan and lead annual camp experiences.
- Uphold biblical leadership standards (1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:5–9).
- Serve in pastoral responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Coachable, teachable, and committed to ongoing growth.
