• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Proven experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
• Demonstrated clinical competency in perioperative nursing, scrubbing and circulating preferred
• Strong understanding of aseptic and sterile techniques
• Effective communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced surgical environments

• Provide direct patient care throughout the surgical process, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Monitor patients for vital signs, safety, and comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate needs and assist during procedures
• Maintain strict aseptic technique, ensuring a sterile environment at all times
• Accurately document nursing interventions, assessments, and patient responses in medical records
• Participate in equipment and instrument checks, and work to maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory protocols
