Director of Resident Care- LPN

Plus Weekend On-Call Pay when scheduled

Neuvant House of Lawrence is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as our Director of Resident Care.

This leadership position is responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and person-centered care while leading our clinical team in a supportive assisted living environment.

• Competitive salary: $72,000–$76,000 per year
• Weekend on-call pay when required

• Complete pre-admission and ongoing resident assessments.
• Coordinate resident care plans and health service plans.
• Oversee medication administration and resident care services.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, supervision, and performance oversight.
• Ensure compliance with Kansas assisted living regulations and standards of care.
• Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and emergency preparedness.
• Investigate incidents, medication errors, resident concerns, and grievances.
• Assist with employee orientation and ongoing education.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and respectful communication.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Serve in the weekend on-call rotation as required.

• Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and nursing standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Memory care or assisted living experience preferred.
