What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care on medical/surgical and step-down units
- Monitor patient health status and record observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and family members about health management and procedures
- Document patient information in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies as required
What You Need
- Active Kansas RN License
- BLS Certification
- 1+ year recent medical/surgical or step-down nursing experience
