Neuvant House of Lawrence is looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as our Director of Resident Care.

• $72,000–$76,000 per year
• Weekend on-call pay when scheduled

• Lead and support our nursing team.
• Complete resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Oversee medication management and resident care services.
• Mentor, coach, and support caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with Kansas assisted living regulations.
• Promote quality care, resident safety, and excellent customer service.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation as scheduled.

• Current Kansas LPN license in good standing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for caring for seniors and leading others.
