Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit is responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring patient health, and performing critical interventions under the supervision of the unit lead or charge nurse.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions for changes, notifying medical staff as necessary.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• 2 years of RN Tele/IMC experience in a large facility;
  Critical Care experience required.
• Experience with ICO, Med/Surg, ventilators, and titration drips preferred.
• Current KS License, NHISS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
