Infusion Nurse

Role Overview:

A Home Infusion Nurse provides personalized, skilled clinical care to patients in their homes or ambulatory infusion suites, focusing on safe, effective, and compassionate infusion therapies.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  Travel within designated areas to deliver infusion services, establish positive relationships with patients and caregivers, assess home safety and patient suitability, maintain accurate medical documentation, administer medications, monitor patient responses, and communicate with the care team. Assist in staff training and serve as a clinical resource.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Active RN license in Kansas, BLS/CPR certification, at least one year of clinical RN experience supporting infusion or IV therapy, strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include prior home infusion experience, familiarity with EMR and Microsoft Office, and knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines.
