We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Lawn & Garden Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining both residential and commercial properties, ensuring landscapes are healthy, clean, and well-kept year-round. Attention to detail is a must!

• Perform routine lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-ups.
• Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees to maintain proper shape and health.
• Weed removal and bed maintenance.
• Apply mulch and top dressing as needed.
• Seasonal clean-ups (spring, fall, storm debris).
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Work safely and efficiently, following all company and industry standards.

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in lawn, garden, or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather condition.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
