You’ll be at the heart of our production center, helping millions of customers across the world enjoy Hallmark products. Your responsibilities include loading, unloading, and packing brand‑new Hallmark products. You’ll receive cross‑training across multiple departments by a support team of trainers and supervisors.
Salary and Shift DetailsStarting pay: $17.35 per hour.
Position type: Full‑time.
Work schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm. Overtime is available.
- Unload products from conveyor belt or table and place them in cartons, skids, or fixtures.
- Operate manual equipment, assist in the production of envelopes by tending the press or operating label machines.
- Examine products to ensure quality standards are met and assist with preventative maintenance.
- Report production‑related information and complete required paperwork.
- Flexibility is key; you will assist with tasks across departments.
- Production areas have noise; hearing protection is provided.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, and reach above shoulder level continuously.
- Ability to use repetitive hand/wrist motion and perform fine motor skills continuously.
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 60 pounds occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, production, or packaging experience.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
