Position Title Pub and Bar Staff (Temp)

Primary Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of daily food and bar service. This includes equipment, dishes, preparation of food and beverages, set-up and clean-up, customer service, and cleanliness of the unit.
• Must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Open and close the kitchen and bar with the assistance of the supervisor or Manager.
• Prepare food and beverage orders.
• Communicate effectively with all customers and coworkers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment and work areas, including but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, cleaning grills, fryers, ovens.
• Assist in customer service to include table service, bar services, etc.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and storing food and equipment.
• Be able to use POS and r systems.
• Other duties as assigned

Weekly work hours vary based on need. Average 25 hours/week with some weeks up to 40 hours. Must have flexibility to adjust to operational hours.

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required and related work experience in food preparation, food service, wait staff and customer service. Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
• Ability to complete Alcohol Awareness Training program
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and requirements.
• Work requires cleaning and ability to work with chemicals, moving and lifting of dishes and related equipment.
• Flexible work schedule and required flexibility with varied hours and days.

• Experience tending bar and serving.

Salary Range

Salary Range $16.50 - 22.00
