Pay range is based on experience: $15.00/hr to $17.00/hr

Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) – responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team in a fast‑paced pawn shop environment.

• Process loans and extensions.
• Negotiate terms with customers.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor store team members.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart.
• Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Build solid relationships with customers and contribute to a strong community presence.
• Complete the initial 5‑week paid training program, earn a $.50 hourly raise, and transition to Lead Pawnbroker upon completion.
• Enhance leadership skills through structured training programs.
• Apply for a Store Manager in Training position, which includes a 12‑week training program to run an independent store.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Solid judgment and ability to read and manage customer needs.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
