Kwik Shop is seeking motivated individuals to join its Managers In Training program. You will learn to manage day-to-day operations, train staff, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience across our Kwik Shop locations.
The program includes supervision by Training Managers, staged leadership development, and potential moves within Cumberland Farms’ 1500 locations. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible shifts and progression into bench leadership.
