Game Stop - 3140 Iowa Street - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with video gaming needs while promoting promotions and loyalty programs.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and support training and onboarding.;
Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations and ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures.;
Input performance feedback into Workday/HR service management system and monitor associate performance.;
Schedule store associates, manage payroll-related tasks, ensure store cleanliness/organization, and oversee inventory and Omni-Channel order fulfillment.
