What you’ll be doing:

• Relationship Building & Solution-Oriented Sales: Building and managing client and carrier relationships through cold calling, qualifying and closing deals in a dynamic sales setting
• Masterful Negotiation:Utilizing your negotiation prowess to determine competitive pricing with both carriers and shippers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Operational Excellence:Oversee daily shipments, ensuring punctual pick-up and delivery, and swiftly addressing any unforeseen issues
• Logistics Expert: Immerse yourself in industry knowledge by analyzing market data to stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics

• Previous experience in selling full truckload (FTL) transportation services
• Customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable dealing with situational ambiguity
• Ability to work in a technologically advanced office setting
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires problem-solving and decision making
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
