Retail Sales Associate

• Generate retail sales through customer engagement and product presentation.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Recommend product solutions and close sales using effective communication.
• Engage in outbound calls and text outreach to existing Verizon customers.
• Participate in community events to grow the customer base.
• Continuously develop skills via training and inventory merchandising.

Base pay: $16.00–$21.00 per hour, plus up to $18,000 per year in commissions. Top performers can earn total annual compensation up to $75,500+.

Sign‑on bonus: $2,500 (subject to terms).

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant sales or military experience.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; willingness to pick up additional shifts.
• Preferable: commission‑based sales experience, customer‑service background.

40 hours per week (schedule set 4 weeks in advance).
