This is a consultative, solutions-focused role-you’ll work with pre-qualified clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.

No cold calling. All appointments are scheduled and vetted in advance.

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
• Assess client needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Present product options including hurricane shutters, impact windows/doors, and motorized screens.
• Prepare and deliver clear, professional proposals.
• Guide clients through a structured, consultative sales process.
• Maintain strong follow-up and customer relationships.

• Pre-qualified leads provided - no prospecting or cold calling.
• Average earnings: $75,000+.
• Top performers: $150,000+.
• Draw + commission compensation structure.
