CRI Environmental Solutions provides industrial waste management, recycling, and environmental services to manufacturers and industrial facilities across the U.S. We help companies reduce disposal costs, maintain environmental compliance, and increase landfill diversion through recycling and waste-to-energy programs.

We specialize in complex waste streams including industrial debris, absorbents, special waste, and non-hazardous waste solutions.

About the Opportunity

This is a true hunter role for an experienced environmental sales professional who knows how to win business and build a territory.

If you are currently selling hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste, special waste, industrial recycling, environmental compliance, or waste management services, this is an opportunity to grow your book of business with strong operational backing.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship development to closing high-value contracts and expanding long-term accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business across manufacturing, industrial, automotive, and energy sectors
  • Leverage existing relationships to generate qualified opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing
  • Expand and retain existing customer accounts
  • Partner with operations to deliver customized waste and recycling solutions
  • Conduct in-person client meetings to drive growth and strengthen relationships
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Represent CRI at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of environmental, waste, or industrial sales experience
  • Experience selling:
  • Hazardous waste
  • Industrial waste management
  • Special Waste
  • Industrial Recycling programs
  • Environmental compliance solutions
  • Established relationships within manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations (EPA, RCRA, etc.)
  • Ability to travel within territory (~50%)
