Overview
Samsung (via 2020 Companies) is hiring a Market Sales Manager based in Kansas City-Omaha. This role focuses on engaging consumers, showcasing Samsung technology, and driving sales growth in the assigned market.
Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed market sales targets through effective communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building. - Engage Consumers:
Build a memorable customer experience, tailor product recommendations, and foster brand loyalty. - Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of Samsung Home Entertainment products, promotional campaigns, and competitor offerings. - Merchandising & Training:
Schedule and facilitate product training with store associates, complete merchandising projects on time, and implement Samsung displays across the market. - Customer Insights:
Gather and report customer feedback and competitive insights to leadership to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. - Performance Measurements:
Meet or exceed sales goals, weekly store time goals, prescribed training targets, and maintain documentation for each visit.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Business degree preferred. - At least 6 months of sales, promotion, or brand advocacy experience.
- Knowledge of Samsung products and services; reliable transportation and minimum liability auto insurance.
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius, lift/carry/push objects, and work weekend or non‑standard shifts.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills with a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
- Autonomous, solution‑oriented, and capable of building strong personal relationships.
- Competitive hourly rate of $26.00 with quarterly bonus based on objectives.
- Paid weekly, next‑day pay on‑demand via Daily Pay.
