Cable Dahmer is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive sales team.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles who are looking to build a career within a fast-paced dealership environment.
With steady customer traffic, inbound leads, and hands-on leadership support, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while building a strong and consistent income.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery
- Provide a professional, consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and guiding decisions
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems
- Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Work toward and achieve sales goals and performance expectations
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or other high-interaction environments are a strong fit
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Motivated to grow income and develop within a performance-based role
- $3,400/month guaranteed income (paid as a draw)
