Account Manager

Safe Haven Security, a leading national smart home and Authorized ADT Dealer, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and protect families with cutting-edge security solutions. In this role, you'll prospect and close new residential and small-business accounts, conduct in-home consultations, and manage relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction. You'll gain hands-on experience with sales, basic system setup coordination, and customer success in a driven, high-energy culture that rewards performance with uncapped commissions and clear advancement into leadership as we expand nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new residential and small-business security and smart home accounts.
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend tailored ADT solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate installation scheduling and service follow-up with internal teams.
• Educate customers on system features, mobile apps, and monitoring services.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activity in CRM tools.
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and compliance training.
• Resolve basic service and billing questions, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Represent Safe Haven Security professionally in local communities and events.
