WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE

• Install conduit, wiring, lighting, and electrical equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards
• Read blueprints and complete work according to plans and timelines to keep projects moving forward
• Support Foremen and teammates by stepping in where needed and helping the crew succeed as a whole
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers, customers, and other trades to maintain strong working relationships on the jobsite
• Approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset and willingness to learn new skills
• Maintain tools, materials, and organized work areas that reflect pride in the work and respect for the team
• Follow safety procedures, electrical codes, and company standards consistently
• Show up prepared, ready to contribute, and committed to helping the crew finish strong each day
