Friedman-Managem is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lawrence, Kansas. Responsibilities include prepping apartments for make-ready turns, general maintenance, and HVAC repairs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties and will possess a positive attitude. A $500 signing bonus and $1,000 stay bonus are available after 6 months of continuous employment.
