In this role you’ll be exclusively installing Pella windows and doors in a variety of residential and commercial settings. We offer a premium product and aim to deliver a premium experience for our customers. Every project will offer variety, from trim carpentry to standing in a boom lift on a commercial site. To be successful, you must think outside the box and react quickly to keep projects moving on schedule.

• Install windows and doors in residential and residential‑style commercial environments
• Complete jobs onsite to Pella installation guidelines and customer satisfaction
• Manage time and materials to stay on schedule
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to keep everyone on the same page

• High School/GED
• 1–2 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience
• Clean driving record
• Basic construction‑related math skills
• Basic computer skills

• OSHA certified
• Finish carpentry experience

• Exposure to weather‑related conditions and in‑home conditions of customers
• Frequent lifting and moving of 8’ door panels, 36” wide sashes, 80‑pound loads from floor level multiple times a day
• Handling heavy oversized glass
• Working frequently from a ladder up to 30’ in the air and/or scaffolding
• Regularly required to sit, stand, and lift
