START (Sobriety Treatment and Recovery Team) Case Manager

The START Case Manager works with families where parental substance use is a concern to assist in the treatment and recovery process. The Case Manager provides for the safety, stability and well‑being of children and families by delivering and coordinating culturally competent case management services that are responsive to the unique needs of the family.

Qualified candidates are eligible for a $1,000 sign‑on bonus (half at six months, half at one year anniversary).

CPA Adoption Specialist

The CPA Adoption Specialist provides ongoing support services to foster and adoptive families who are in the process of adopting from the child welfare system. Under supervision of the CPA Supervisor and while working closely with other staff, the CPA Adoption Specialist will assist with adoptive family assessments and assist matching children with families.

Child Placing Agency Placement Specialist

The Child Placing Agency Placement Specialist accepts referral information from contractors regarding potential placements then coordinates the placements through networking and established community contacts.

CPA Licensed Specialist

The CPA Licensed Specialist provides ongoing support services to foster families, including assisting with children placed within the home. Under supervision of the CPA Supervisor and while working closely with other assigned staff, CPA Licensed Specialists will provide referral services, assistance with placement recommendations and/or service planning, and assist with recruiting and training foster families while also providing professional guidance and crisis assistance.

Placing Agency Specialist

The Child Placing Agency Specialist provides ongoing support services to foster families, including assisting with children placed within the home. Under supervision of the Child Placing Agency Supervisor and while working closely with other assigned staff, Child Placing Agency Specialists will provide intake services and assist with placement recommendations and/or service planning, and also help by recruiting and training foster families while also providing emotional support, professional guidance and crisis assistance.

Family

Support Worker

The Family Support Worker provides for the safety, stability and well‑being of children and families during the referral period by delivering culturally competent services to children and families that are responsive to the unique needs of the family.

Available shifts:
Thursday/Friday 10pm-6am, Saturday/PRN 6am-2pm, Friday-Sunday 6am-2pm.

Behavioral Interventionist (BI)

The BI works one‑on‑one in the home and/or community with youth who struggle with behavioral management to the degree it threatens the stability of their living situation. The BI works with all families, regardless of skill levels, family dynamics or home conditions.

Child Welfare Therapist

The Child Welfare Therapist provides for the safety, stability and well‑being of children and families by delivering and coordinating culturally competent therapeutic services that are responsive to the unique needs of each family. The Therapist works with clients to engage in services, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group and family counseling.

Program Improvement Specialist

The Program Improvement Specialist works with program leadership across the organization and staff to support quality improvement and compliance efforts for DCCCA, focusing on the Family Preservation Services and Child Placing Agency programs. They monitor, report, and use contractual fidelity and outcome measures to establish improvement initiatives and provide staff training around identified areas.

Family Preservation Supervisor

The Family Preservation Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Case Manager and Family Support Worker dyads, overseeing case management best practices, in conjunction with the Director, and the day‑to‑day activities associated with providing case management services.
