Bilingual Shift Lead/Support (English + Haitian Creole) at our Spreetail site in Greenwood, IN
. Multiple shifts are available with a competitive pay rate of $24.00/hour

As the Bilingual Shift Lead/Support, you will provide communication and translation support, help with onboarding activities, and assist leadership with daily shift needs. You’ll be a key resource for associates and management—helping ensure expectations are understood, safety standards are reinforced, and issues are escalated appropriately.

$24.00/hour

Multiple shifts available (overtime may be available as needed)

On-site in Greenwood, IN

• Provide English ⇄ Haitian Creole translation/interpretation support for associates and leadership
• Support onboarding activities (orientation support, policy reminders, process clarification)
• Help reinforce safety, quality, and productivity expectations on the floor
• Assist with associate check-ins and basic coaching support (as directed by leadership)
• Support administrative tasks related to onboarding, attendance, and communication
• Escalate concerns to on-site leadership and help maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while following all site policies

• Fluent in English and Haitian Creole (speaking and understanding required; reading/writing strongly preferred)
• Strong communication, follow-up, and customer-service mindset
• Prior experience as a lead, trainer, onboarding support, or warehouse floor support is preferred
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts (including overtime when needed)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and being active on the floor
