Position: Adult IDD Day Services Coordinator
Full-Time, Salary: $45,000 - $47,500

Good Life Innovations is seeking Day Services Coordinators to lead our Day Services programs for adults with disabilities. As the Day Services Coordinator, you will promote high-quality outcomes for persons served and manage Day Service operations, including developing activity schedules, communicating with parents/guardians, training and supporting staff, and supporting the development and operation of client-supported employment and community service/volunteer activities.
Responsibilities- Develop activity schedules and calendars in accordance with participants’ skill plans.
- Supervise Day Services staff, including scheduling, giving feedback, and providing ongoing training and support.
- Coordinate caseloads and attend support plan meetings.
- Communicate with parents/guardians and send monthly newsletters, activity calendars, and event flyers highlighting program activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation, data collection, and medication administration.
- Purchase materials needed for activities and ensure program is fully stocked.
- Support the development and operation of client-supported employment and community service/volunteer activities.
- Promote high-quality outcomes for persons served and manage Day Service operations.
- Train and support staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field preferred.
- One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope.
- Flexibility in assigned working hours and location.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must be a safe driver and have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to physically support clients with and without adaptive equipment.
