Truck Driver

Kings Construction is a family-owned and operated heavy construction contractor located in Oskaloosa, Kansas focusing on Federal, State, and local government heavy grading contracts as well as meeting the needs of our agricultural community. We pride ourselves in our commitment to safety, family, and community. Currently we employ a range of 75-90 full-time employees and are seeking full-time Truck Drivers.

• Operating trucks to transport dirt, aggregate, asphalt and other materials and/or equipment to various job site locations
• Work in the yard area to stockpile, move or load materials as needed
• Skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of equipment/trucks
• Must report to the shop in Oskaloosa, KS daily

• 1+ years of commercial driving experience
• Class A CDL – maintain a DOT medical card
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record; must maintain good driving habits while operating company vehicles
• Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials
• Self-motivated with a positive and productive attitude
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a drug test and physical capacity test
• Willing to work overtime as required by job and customer demand
