Class A CDL Truck Driver – Home Weekends Rider & Pet Welcome Full Benefits (Full Time) Types of Jobs:
Dedicated Account
Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, OTR – not yard jockey, trainer or school) earn $1,900–$2,200 per week and get home every week. Drivers earn a $2,000 sign‑on bonus with full benefits starting after 30 days, including medical, 401(k), PTO and more.
Pay & Benefits- Pay Breakdown:
Starting at $0.70–$0.80 CPM with raises every 6 months. Earn $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload, with average weekly pay of $1,900 and top drivers earning over $2,200 per week. - Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000 sign‑on, with $500 paid after first load, $500 after 30 days and $1,000 after 60 days.
- Home Time:
Be home weekly and on weekends – 80% of the time. - Touch Freight Made Easy: 100% touch freight where drivers place lightweight boxes (1–18 lb) on a conveyor belt. No inventory, stocking, or store entry required.
- Modern Equipment:
Drive Freightliner and International trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and APUs. - Paid Training: 5 days of paid training at $150 per day.
- Comprehensive Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) available after 30 days.
- Rider & Pet Policy:
Bring your rider and pet after completing training.
- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40′ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
- No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (includes any accident with injury, jack‑knife or rollover).
- No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
- No more than 3 preventable CMV private‑property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
- Total of no more than three major or minor accidents in the last two years.
- No more than three jobs in the last year.
- If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
