Pay

New drivers earn an average $78,000 per year, with our top earners making over $90,000 per year. Get paid weekly while earning activity-based pay, plus earn an additional $50 performance and safety bonus per week.

Schedule

Be home primarily daily, with one to two layovers per week as needed. Drivers typically work 10 to 12 hours per shift. Beginning in June, we will offer a three-night layover route to Texas, operating Sunday through Friday with a 10 a.m. start time. Current schedules include split days off on Monday and Wednesday, with start times between 10 a.m. and noon.

Minimum Requirements

* Must be at least 22 years or older

* No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)

* No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

* Additional qualifications will apply

* With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired

* 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
