Drivers make America great, one mile at a time, and run significant miles across the Midwest. You will be responsible for safely hauling dry van and reefer loads, ensuring that all freight is handled correctly and promptly. You are expected to maintain the cleanliness and readiness of your vehicle, assist in routine mechanical upkeep, and communicate regularly with dispatch and management to maintain safe and efficient operations.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks
• Ergonomically designed seats and position‑perfect steering
• 70 L / 96 W sleepers

Loads consist of dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). Operate on a 1 pick/1 drop or drop‑and‑hook basis with 100% no‑touch freight.

Safety is a shared responsibility. Operations staff are experienced and will dispatch you safely. The truck undergoes regular maintenance and a dedicated shop is available 24/7. Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members, fostering a supportive team environment.

Pay is based on work record and experience and is determined after full processing. You are paid loaded and empty on practical miles, with potential for 5–7% more annual miles than short‑mile companies. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.
