Climate Express Drivers make America great one mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks
• Volvos are the safest truck on the road; they run 68 cruise and pedal
• Trucks are optimized with ergonomically designed seats and perfect steering
• 70L / 96W sleepers, larger built‑in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced and enforces safe dispatching. Most freight is in the middle corridor of the United States; dispatch will not route through the mountains of the West Coast or New York City. Trains undergo regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. The team works to make each driver feel at home, and operations is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay professionals loaded and empty on practical miles – up to 5%–7% more per year than short‑mile companies. More miles mean more money. Annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are offered. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.
