This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.

Average pay: $1,180-$1,450 weekly

Overview
- Haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers.
- 100% no-touch and 99% drop-and-hook.
- 10 loads per week.
- Drive within AR, CO, IA, KS, MO and NE.
- Friday through Monday schedule.
Pay and bonus potential
- Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
- Weekly performance pay.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus:
Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver s License (CDL).
- Haz Mat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
- Live within 60 miles of Kansas City, MO or Topeka, KS.
