Responsibilities- Process accounts payable accurately and on time. Track and monitor recurring expenses. Maintain clean, organized financial tracking spreadsheets. Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues.
- Review transactions for accuracy and post to corresponding general ledger accounts.
- Assist month end close, reconcile bank statements and GL accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
