Schedule for the Accounting Clerk:

Monday – Friday

8am – 5pm

$22

Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:

  • Responds to customer and supplier calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Process sales invoices and credits.
  • Proactive collection activities as needed.
  • Work with customer Accounts Payable contacts to clean up / correct balances and expedite payments.
  • Process purchase order invoices, vouchers and supplier payments.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure proper paperwork trail, payment authorizations and processing of packing slips.
  • Run daily activity report.
  • Process remote deposits of customer payments.
  • Prepare positive pay file and initiate wire transfers.
  • Greet visitors and assist with sign-ins and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution.
  • Answer inbound phone calls.
  • Process inbound and outbound mail.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and restock as needed.
  • Comply with corporate and site
