- Play a hands-on role in the implementation, testing, validation, and optimization of Sage Intacct.
- Partner with leadership to improve accounting processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Help strengthen internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support business initiatives and drive operational improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Experience with ERP systems; implementation or system upgrade experience is highly valued.
- Sage Intacct experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in a professional services, consulting, engineering, IT services, staffing, or other project-based business is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys improving processes and working collaboratively.

- Be part of a major ERP implementation and gain valuable, highly marketable systems experience.
- Make a meaningful impact by helping drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Work alongside an experienced leadership team that values employee development and continuous learning.
- Enjoy a flexible hybrid work environment with opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.
