Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler

Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a dependable Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler to manage employee schedules, staffing coverage, attendance tracking, and daily administrative support.

• Maintain employee schedules in the facility scheduling system
• Ensure full-time and part-time staff follow assigned schedules
• Coordinate coverage for open shifts and call‑offs
• Communicate schedule changes and staffing needs with employees
• Track attendance, tardiness, and call‑offs
• Answer phones and assist callers professionally
• Process incoming mail and emails
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Previous healthcare scheduling experience preferred
• Long‑term care experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skillsi>
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
