ABOUT NOTRE DAME CRISTO REY HIGH SCHOOL (NDCR) – a private Catholic college‑prep high school in Methuen, Massachusetts serving 280 economically disadvantaged youth. NDCR is part of the Cristo Rey Network, a network of 42 schools across the United States that operates the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP). Through CWSP each student works five full days per month during the academic year at one of 74 companies throughout the Merrimack Valley, I‑93/495 corridors, and southern New Hampshire.
Students earn approximately 35% of the cost of their own education.

The Corporate Work‑Study Program Office Manager is a vital member of the CWSP Team, responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
Administrative Operations- Manage day‑to‑day office operations and workflow.
- Maintain office systems, procedures, and organizational processes.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate mailings, deliveries, and office communications.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics.
- Ensure that the Workforce database information is accurate and up to date.
- Oversee the updating of the Supervisor Handbook each year.
- Participate in Cristo Rey Network conference calls and projects, as requested.
- Support the CWSP department coordinators/staff.
- Schedule the weekly office meetings and set the agenda in collaboration with the VP of CWSP.
- Collect weekly accountable reports from CWSP coordinators – unsubmitted timecards, fines, low timecard ratings, report card grades and comments.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors, families, partners.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Coordinate internal communication and office coverage (morning and afternoon checking).
- Help maintain a positive and professional office environment.
- Oversee the professional development training of staff (Cristo Rey Network trainings).
- Serve as a back‑up driver when needed.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Work in collaboration with the Finance Office for CWSP fines and collection.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Handle confidential documents and information appropriately.
- Answer phones, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Communicate clearly with staff, families, and partners.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, as requested.
- Schedule office meetings and prepare materials.
- Coordinate events, training (Supervisor) or staff gatherings.
- Oversee the Summer Young Professional Development Training Program.
- Arrange travel or logistics when necessary.
- Ensure office procedures comply with organizational policies (e.g., I‑9s).
- Help maintain student files and required documentation.
- Support the VP of CWSP with special projects and operational needs.
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree with emphasis in education, training, and development.
- Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to student success.
