Job MissionUnder the general supervision of the Office Services Manager, the Office Services Coordinator will ensure the daily operations of the mail center and provide general office services to all departments within the facility on a timely basis.
Major Accountabilities- Processes all incoming and outgoing mail and packages from UPS, DHL, Fed Ex and the U.S. Postal Service.
- Drive the mail shuttle to other NB Facilities and the Post Office.
- Deliver daily all inter-office mail and packages within the Lawrence facility.
- Assist internal customers with tracking any problematic shipments.
- Process and print monthly DHL and UPS outbound reports.
- Use scanning devices to properly receive and record where shipments are delivered to.
- Process international shipments with our DHL system, including creating commercial invoices for Customs.
- Assist in the upkeep of company vehicles, ensuring that all vehicles are clean and in proper working condition.
- Takes vehicles for service and inspections as needed.
- Deliver copy paper and stationary supplies to all departments.
- Valid driver's license required with a good driving record.
- High school diploma required; some college helpful.
- Minimum of two to three years of work experience preferably in a mailroom setting.
- Fluent in English language required; bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to lift packages up to fifty pounds.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
$19.35 - $24.20 - $28.95 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
