Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Vice President of Caremark Trade Relations
- Proactively manage and coordinate the VP’s daily schedule, calendar, contacts, and high volume of communications
- Arrange and schedule internal and external meetings
- Execute complex meeting and event preparation
- Arrange domestic and international travel and all related accommodations
- 3+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive phone coverage, and detailed work and travel itineraries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Share Point
- Proven ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities accurately and professionally
