• Sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals
• Inspect customers’ vehicles and diagnose tire-related issues, recommending necessary services
• Ensure repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership personnel, overseeing customer satisfaction
• Assist in store operations, including inventory management and support for dealership technicians

• Minimum of 2 years of tire service experience in a retail tire and service environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle as required
• Must meet the requirements of the employer’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and online order management applications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Knowledge of tire brands and automotive service
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
