The Reimbursement & Sales Operations Specialist supports Hemanext’s commercial and reimbursement strategies by coordinating payer-related activities, customer contracting, pricing analysis, and sales forecasting. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to ensure accurate pricing intelligence, timely contract creation and updates, and actionable insights that support both outpatient and inpatient adoption of the Hemanext ONE system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate payer-related activities, including payer contracts and reimbursement initiatives
  • Prepare and support payer value analysis materials and submissions
  • Provide pricing intelligence and analysis for Hemanext ONE outpatient and inpatient offerings, including pricing matrices for blood establishments and hospitals
  • Coordinate new and annual updates and maintenance of customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support sales and unit forecasting by providing regular updates, analysis, and reporting
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to align pricing, contracting, and forecast assumptions
  • Maintain documentation and tracking of payer contracts, pricing structures, and customer agreements
  • Assist with ad hoc analyses and reporting to support commercial strategy and leadership decision-making

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, or a paralegal or business degree with life science industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience in USA private and public reimbursement environments, sales operations, contracting, pricing, or a related commercial operations role
  • Experience working with healthcare payers, hospitals, blood establishments, or medical device/life sciences organizations preferred
  • Exposure to payer contracting, reimbursement processes, or value analysis submissions strongly preferred

COMPETENCY AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and payer environments
  • Experience with contract coordination, pricing analysis, and sales or unit forecasting
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex pricing and reimbursement data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growing organization
