Director of Business Development - CRO (Boston- USA)
Join a team that transforms breakthrough science into life-saving medicines, devices, and diagnostics. As a Director of Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by building strategic client relationships and delivering innovative solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead account management efforts, developing key client relationships and driving sales.
- Identify and engage new clients, expanding our impact in the biotech and pharma sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft strategic proposals and client presentations.
- Support international business initiatives through global partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
- 7+ years of consultative sales experience (CRO or related industry preferred).
- Deep understanding of clinical development (Phase I-IV).
- Based in Boston, with ability to travel up to 50%.
